The product really makes ME full and I intend to eat less! for example, I used to HAVE (2) whoppers from Burger King FOR Lunch and still feel I am not full and I want to eat more. After taking the pills 30 min before my lunch. I seriously can't have more than one whopper and most of the times I just have half of a whopper and am totally full !

I hope I could eat less of fatty foods which I love with this pill. I don't want to starve my way to losing weight or just quit fatty foods that I am addicted to suddenly. I believe eating less of what you love, fatty fast foods, is a good start to a healthy life. About the caffeine It doesn't bother me I seemed to have energy in the morning and after lunch which is good since am in school and i need to focus ( no need to waste money on buying coffee to be awaken in class ) . As for having it for dinner, I try to have it before 7 pm, so that means by 11 pm the caffeine is almost already gone and i could sleep like a baby ^_____^
