Although I've never had terrible break outs, I almost always seem to have at least some acne. As I've grown out of my teen years, I grew tired of the gel cleansers I was using. Most of them weren't quite doing the trick: they didn't seem to actually stay on my face long enough to do any cleansing and they smelled awful.
As I progressed to cream cleansers, my acne also progresses to be more adult like (chin and cheeks) rather than teenage acne (forehead and nose). Little did I know, adult acne responds better to a cream cleanser in the first place!
After using various cleansers from the leading brands in facial care, I decided to invest in Clearasil's Daily Wash after all the Clearasil products underwent a sophisticated facelift which I felt quite fitting as as these products are not just for adolescents.
Unlike some cream cleansers, Clearasil's daily wash is not greasy or oily feeling, though it may feel a bit stiff for some. It really stays on my face until I rinse it off and my face feels deep-down-clean after using it.
It also really seems to help clear up my acne, although my skin becomes to immune to products after using them for a while, so I still switch periodically.
Better yet, it doesn't have the harsh chemical scent like many cleansers do.
Overall this is a great product which works well for adult blemishes.
