I've been using Smart Weight Loss for about 2 months now and have lost about 35 lbs! I haven't really used the Dvd that came with the starter pack to work out and have honestly only been walking like 4 times a week. Imagine how much weight I could be losing if I actually had time to workout! As far as the concern about the caffeine I take 3 pills in the morning and none in the evening as the caffeine will keep me awake. I honestly dont think its that much caffeine, I work at a coffee shop and 3 shots of espresso (which is the amount in say a large latte) get me more hyper than the pills do. I truly recommend this product for someone who wants to start the weight loss journey. I feel so much better about myself, the extra energy boost has been so great at getting me off my butt. I'm finally coming out of this rutt thanks to Bob Harper!
