I have been using this product for 6 days now and have experienced no bad side effects so far. I suggest you follow the directions thoroughly, drink 8 glasses of water a day and you'll be fine. It has helped keep me regulated and isn't toooo strong where I would feel sick/dizzy/nauseas. I started taking it due to bathroom problems of being a bit "stuffed up" for several days at a time, and so far it's helped keep me regulated without any bathroom problems of going too much or too little. I only take the Colonix supplement as I do not feel I need the paranil liver/colon detox, and I feel Colonix works just as good by itself than with the paranil pills. I say try it yourself and see how you react to it. If you're feeling nauseas you need to drink more water. All in all, Colonix is a great product and I would recommend it to others.
