I cannot say enough good things about this brush! It makes application so easy and my foundation always comes out even. It has not shed a single bristle, despite my washing it multiple times (which also is easy - it come out brand new!) and heavy use. It does an excellent job blending my foundation to the amount of coverage I want and even is tapered enough at the end to fill in those smaller spots (like around my eyebrows and nose grooves). Oh yeah, it's super cheap and "green"!! Highly recommended :)
Update: I received a foundation brush by Stila for Christmas; since Stila has some nice products, I decided to put my Ecotools brush into storage and switch to this new one. Big mistake. Every morning it was a struggle to put foundation on -- the brush head is tiny, while the handle is ridiculously long. After 5 weeks I had had enough and decided to go back to my Ecotools brush. Wow! I could not believe how much easier foundation application is with it! The brush head is much fuller and bigger in dimension, helping speed the process a lot, while also making it easier to apply and blend the foundation. I will never use another foundation brush!
