This is a great alternative to expensive (and dangerous) benzodiazepine drugs.
It is also a wonderful choice for occasional users who can't justify getting a prescription for the every-once-in-a-while high stress day.
Expect to experience the calmness purported from the herbs approximately 45 minutes after taking the pill and the most effective dose appears to be one pill, not the two the bottle suggests trying. There were no noticeable increases in effects with the addition of a second pill.
The bottle suggests you take it between meals and if you read between the lines this appears to mean take it on an empty stomach. Increasingly better results were found the emptier my stomach was.
This Bupleurum Calmative Compound has also been very effective on curbing the moody side of PMS symptoms. Initial reports from the wife are positive and we have a significantly more peaceful time of the month while she is on these.
All in all this product is highly recommended but a star was subtracted for the high price.
