I am a long time allergy & sinusitis sufferer. I would get sinus headaches and congestion on a daily basis and it seemed I was always suffering from some cold or virus. I was introduced to the netipot by my dentist after another serious bout of sinusitis. He swore by them (he was also an allergy sufferer). I decided to give it a try, and all I can say is, it was a lifesaver! I used it daily for years. Then the other day I saw the Neilmed sinus rinse at my local Costco and I also had a coupon for it. So I decided to give it a try. It is SO much easier and more convenient then my traditional netipot! A heck of a lot easier to mix up and also very convenient for traveling! I also think it works better at rinsing out all the crap in my sinus passages then my netipot did. No more straining your neck to the side, and it gives a more forceful blast of water that gets things flowing! I won't go back to my netipot unless absolutely necessary. If you suffer from allergies, frequent colds and viruses and sinusitis, this little bottle is a complete change of life! You will notice a difference after just one use!
