I bought this product at my local health food store. I didn't know what to expect because I have never done a cleansing before. This product is pretty simple to do. You basically take four Fiber pills with an 8 oz of water in the morning and at night before you go to bed take another four Fiber pills with 8 oz of water as well as 3 laxative pills. You do this for seven consecutive days, on the eigth day you still continue to take the same amount of Fiber pills four in the morning and four at night but you cut back on the laxatives from three pills down to two. **Note** You can also just opt to take all eight Fiber pills at night instead of taking four in the morning and four at night. I followed the directions and was pleasantly surprised. I didn't have any cramps and it worked on my system very gently. I didn't have to make a mad dash to the restroom either, just a normal bowel function every morning. The only con I have is taking all of those pills but It really does wrok very well and I feel great.
