Really effective combination, the Dr Schulze intestinal formula #2 attaches itself to the built up waste that gets stuck in the colon and then Puriflush flushes it out. If you haven't ever experienced the wonders of supplementing with fiber then you really don't know what you're missing. I've been using various fiber supplements for years but only recently decided to try these two and I have to say I can really feel the difference. A lot of people seem to be afraid to take fiber because they probably tried a laxative before, had a lousy experience and swore they would never use it again. Well here's the thing, unlike laxatives, fiber is great. It makes you regular but it makes you able to control it.
