I have had this for about a month and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. I have a moisturizing soap in it (Vitabath), and my skin feels much softer and moisturized which is why I bought it (I hate putting on lotion). It's so easy, too, that I'm planning on buying a second one for my kid's bathroom.
The set-up was very quick and straightforward (be sure to put the washers in so that it doesn't leak:)). I used only the suction cup to hold it to my shower stall wall... no problems yet. It has stayed right where I put it.
It took a little bit of testing to get the soap coming out slowly enough, but once I got the knob set correctly (I did half turns until it was what I wanted), it works like a charm. I pull the lever down and presto, I have plenty of suds that go on for about a minute then I automatically get rinsed. The soap doesn't seem to go down very quickly in the dispenser (which is also remarkably easy to fill/refill).
Overall, it has done exactly what it said it would do with no glitches or challenges, and it feels marvelous!
