My family and I have a disorder where we cannot go to the bathroom on a regular basis. This tea is a miracle! But you do need to drink a lot of water with it or you get constipated. The solution I found to making sure I get enough water is to dilute it. I drink 8 oz with 4 oz of water mixed daily.
